O'Connell More Consulting & Real Estate is owned by Christine O'Connell More. Since 1996, she has provided clients with professional investment real estate and business sales brokerage and consulting. Special projects have included the brokerage of over thirty-five apartment complexes, industrial buildings and hotels for a Westchester, NY based investment group; the brokerage and sale of a commercial real estate management company; consulting and brokerage of a premiere salon & spa; and the sales of several chain and independent hotels.

Prior to establishing her own business, Christine was a partner in a coin-operated vending/route operation business with offices throughout Upstate New York. Her responsibilities included acquisitions of several route operators as well as leadership of sales and marketing. She has also owned and/or assisted in managing apartment buildings, hotels and commercial buildings. She understands what it is like to buy and sell the businesses and real estate that she represents because she has done the same herself.

A native of Syracuse, Christine is well versed in the economic needs and trends of her Upstate NY clients. She provides consulting in the areas of strategic planning for sales/acquisitions; due diligence coordination; and negotiations and communications with the various partners, parties, and professional associates involved in each transaction.
